Help/Support App+ profile won’t install

Hi 

The email came with the install file for profile and app 

I click install profile .... it starts.... opens website ...... verifies the udid .:. Asks me if I want to install... asks to open iTunes ... asks if I want to install app and then nothing happens

After installing popup, check your home screen. It should display there.

já faz 1 semana 

já mandei varios emais sem resposta
