Installation Instructions:
Step 1:

Download Apps Manager from Cydia (BigBoss repo) and make a backup
Step 2:

Download the modded file(s) from the download link above.
Step 3:

replace the old .adbk with the new one in '/var/mobile/library/ADManager' and make sure the .adbk filenames are the same or Apps Manager will give you an error

Step 4:

Restore the App in Apps Manager

Done.
