In order to fix the binary,

 

- Set Owner to MOBILE

- Set Group to MOBILE

 

- READ, WRITE, EXECUTE (Owner)

- READ EXECUTE (Group)

- READ, EXECUTE (Nobody)

 

Too bad the hack is not complete because the enemy also have the God mode which sucks.

I have copied the binary and extracted it and put it into the gca/app folder and replaced the gca there. i set permission to 777/755 and installed the hack but somehow it closes the game. maybe the binary is wrong?
