Does this occur even if you're not a new player?

Yes, after youre getting to a specific moment if freezes and when you close the game completly and open it again its still stuck on the same spot, its strange because you can tap on houses and they react to it but you cant move the camera or tap on any other buttons at all. Could you please try to fix it or give it a look on some spare device so you can experience it as well idk, pretty please help

Game gets stuck at tutorial....wont let me touch anything.

App from the app store have different tutorial than this one idk why.

cracked app gives me option to build a corn factory but i cant build it and i cant do anything after that. App from app store doesn’t have that on tutorial .

The cracked version has different tutorial than uncracked app...it forces you to buy different item ......maybe thats the reason why you can’t interact with the game.
