Help/Support Failed to purchase two App+ Subscriptions

Hi all,

I have a problem with buying a second App+ subscription. To my problem:

A while ago i decided i would like to have the App on my iPad, so i transferred UUIDs and everything was fine. Now since a month or two free iAP apps crash every time I try to purchase something. (reinstall, new start, newly installed iOS Gods app, clearing cache etc. didn't work) (Example: Egg inc.) 

Now i would like to buy another subscription for my phone because it always worked perfectly. But because i switched from this phone to my iPad, it says "This UUID is already registered to an account."

What should i do now?
Device Info: (iPad Pro 14.1; iPhone 7 14.1)

Please contact Rook and send him both your device udid and your app+ transaction id so he can check what's wrong

Also about Egg Inc I can't seem to re-produce the crash, make sure you didn't enable free iap inside the menu

This is what it looks like for me, maybe it is the iPad OS i am running on?

Not sure I tested on my iPadOS 13.7

Make sure you using latest version of the game because I updated couple days ago

I downloaded the game today again to see if it works now, it doesnt...thank you for your reply tho
