Help/Support Payment done, subscription not set

[Magican 3 iPad Pro (12.9-inch) 11]

Hi,

 

i did a payment on 26th oct for 3 month vip jailbreak.

the money was transfered correctly and i got a information for the payment via mail.

But when i checked today it says „i have no subscription“.

 

Can you please check that out what is going wrong?
