Help/Support Unable to order iOSGods App+ after recently buying 3mo VIP

Hello.

Apologies in advance as I'm new and might have messed this up somewhere.

Jailed iPad Pro (2nd gen) running on 13.7.

I bought 3 mo. app VIP membership.

It's my understanding that VIP access and app+ are separate purchases. No issue there.

When I go to purchase app+, I am advised:

• This device is already registered with us. Please visit https://install.iosgods.com from Safari on your iPhone/iPad to install iOSGods App+.

But if I follow those directions to download the app+ I am told:

Sorry!

This Device is not (yet) activated to be able to use the iOSGods App+.

 

If you have purchased the iOSGods App+ but have not yet received an email in 24 hours, please create a support topic on iOSGods so we can look into this.

I'm in a loop. Not exactly sure what I'm missing here or what I did. I really don't think I purchased the app+ or should have access, that part is obvious. But why can't I purchase it now?
