Sounds like the certificate may be revoked. It will have be signed with a new certificate. It can also be a connection issue, but I doubt the latter is what is causing it.

Had the same problem for over a week. Resolved by uninstalling the app. Restarting my device then reinstalling. Had difficulty getting the app to activate - took several attempts. Now seems to be working.

I still have this problem and tried absolutely everything. Deleted the app, restarted device and then redownloaded the app and i still get the “waiting” every time I try to install an app and the app won’t download.

I’m able to get some apps to work but haven’t been able to get The Arcana one to work at all. It downloads, extracts, then the app closes and shows the iPad desktop. If I check in the iOS+ app, it says it’s resigning the arcana app but it’s just stuck there with the loading circle animation. Have tried uninstalling, restarting, clearing safari settings, airplane mode, reinstalling and hasn’t fixed it.

I have the same issue as well, reinstalled couple of times and did all the suggested steps here nothing works. When I click install, it has that loading feature but nothing downloads. I thought it might’ve been my WiFi, so connected to my 4G on my phone. Still same issue. It’s been like this for a while now, just had the chance to finally post about it.
