Trouble downloading non-jailbroken cheats on jailbroken device

Hello, I am trying to download a terraria non-jailbroken ipa (link below) on my iOS 12.4 iPhone XR which is jailbroken. I would like to install the app with Filza because signing isn’t an issue. When I go to download the ipa on the iOSGods app using the “Download .IPA File for impactor” option. It says to click the link, but the link just directs me to the web version of the iOSGods app. Is it possible to download the .IPA file to my device?

    Visit app.iosgods.com/store with your browser then download the ipa and sideload with altstore / reprovision / sideloadly. Installing with Filza may not work

    When I do that I get this message: Popup. So I click the 3 dots and select “download .IPA file for Impactor” which gives me this message. I press the link to download and it redirects me back to the main app.iosgods.com page without a download

    Try using pc / laptop since you will need to sign it anyway, install with filza won't work.

    Try resetting your safari cache browser as well
