Help/Support Jailbreak VIP 3 months & App+?

Hi, I paid for a 3month jailbreak vip for 3 months on the 20th September, order #315707. I have not heard anything and haven’t been able to download the app. It keeps telling me my device is not yet registered, can you please help. Thank you

This didn’t help me at all. It is telling me my device is not yet registered but I’ve already had it before for a year and I just renewed it for 3mths

You renewed ViP not App+

App+ is a 1 year subscription which you cannot renew right now because we out of stocks

It sounds like you are confusing iOSGods ViP with iOSGods App+. You also seem to have purchased an incorrect subscription.
