Install from official repo, install from one package manager tool and make sure you are on iOS 11+. Also make sure that your jailbreak is not rootless

LiveOffsetPatcher really needs some kind of patch clearing function because apps often crash when trying live patches and, because LiveOffsetPatcher keeps its buttons enabled when the app closes, this can make it impossible to open without the app crashing.
