Help/Support Unable to purchase non-jailbroken VIP subscription

Hello guys,

Wishing u guys are having great day. Mind helping me with the issue im facing at the moment? I’m trying to re-purchase A Non-Jailbroken VIP subscription, entered my card details & checkout. But an error pops up. The error is “There was an error processing the payment. Please try a different payment method or contact us for assistance.”

 

 

Here’s the thing:

(1) There’s only one payment method (using card)

(2) I’ve tried both my credit & debit card

(3) I have more than enough fund to purchase

(4) Used notebook & mobile phone, connect to both wifi & mobile data but no luck.

(5) Called my bank & they said my cards are active & nothing is being block.

 

Can any of the admins assist me?
