Help/Support Couldn't install App+

[Faz2019 3 iPhone 15 Pro Max 18.5]

Hi 

Hope you are doing well and keeping safe! 

I payed for app+ the last time I tried to re install there were no certificates left so I could not install it. It has been a while since I have had an email regarding downloading app+. 
 

I was wondering if anyone could just give me an update on what was going on please.

Where do I get this info to send to Rook? It has been a while since I last needed my udid and transaction ID. Would my email address suffice? 
 

I did email him but he has not replied yet. I know that when downloading app+ junk mail needs to be checked but just not seen one in a while.
