Suggestions

Create new sub-section under 'Everything Else' called 'Making Money Online' or 'Make Money Easily' or Money Making Tips

What will be in there?

- As the title states, it will be techniques and tricks on making money online for example, 'How to make money using AppNana'

- We have some posts about that and why not make sub forum for it and help needy people?

Nice suggestion but those topics fall under the 'Other Stuff' Category and making a sub-section about making money is not very wise. It will get spammed with non-working methods and referrals.

In order to verify that the method is fully working and it isn't scam would mean that staff would have to try each and everyone of them. And you know how many days/months long it takes to get the first payout.

When you report a topic, the author should also be notified and view the report message (Like the note system for giving warning points). So he can see what's wrong and edit it or update

Is there already a hook for this?

This is a good idea although we usually contact the author of the reported content about it, it would be better for them to just get notified about it but that would mean they (everyone whose topic/post is reported) would have access to the ModeratorCP?

I thought of something like a PM: [Report] 'Topic title' date

Your thread 'Topic title' has been reported for the following reasons:

•Reason1

•etc...

You can update or edit your thread at any time. please contact a moderator or admin for more information.

I'm not sure about the end but basically this is my theory
