Random freezing

So with or without the hack installed I seem to freeze game at random.  After repairing bridge at the farm the first agreed nocturnal freezes my game every time.  Or in bunker alpha after meeting the guy that says meet him in overseers office the game freezes.  Or if I encounter the big one in one of the red zones.  

 

Anyone have any suggestions to fix?  The game will just sit frozen forever.
