Help/Support Hack not showing in iDevice settings

I have an iPhone XS Max with uncover jailbreak 13.5. I downloaded the Random dice v4.3.1 .deb and after installing it using Filza and respringing it isn’t in the settings. I tried removing through Cydia and reinstalling/respring. I even downloaded the other version of the hack with the disabled 2 feature but after installing it still doesn’t show the hack in setting. What am I doing wrong?

This hack is an In-Game Mod Menu (iGMM). In order to activate the Mod Menu, tap on the iOSGods button found inside the app.

When I open the app there isn’t an iOS gods button anywhere to be found but the .deb shows up in cydia to where I can remove it and I have and reinstalled it to see if that would fix it but it didn’t. Will it work this the standard game downloaded from App Store or do I have to download a certain ipa?
