I downgraded and downloaded both files but still don’t work...

Downloaded both files and the app is running on 3.31 but the hack itself doesn’t work. Wouldn’t let me super swipe and I ran out of swipes. Is it broken? Didn’t download anything wrong and I followed the steps.
