I have not been able to use Sideloading on MacBook Pro M1, it gives me the error

I have a problem with a game hack (cooking diary restaurant). Once installed, when I go to open it, it tells me "Update the app to keep playing". I tried to install it again but it always tells me the same thing. What can I do?
