Same issue here with M1 Mac. I tested with Cercube Youtube IPA from iOSGods but got the same "You do not have permission to open the application" popup.

We're investigating this issue that seems to affect some apps.

I can confirm it sideloaded an app on my iPad 15b1!  THANKS for the quick update!
