I wrote my original comment in a confusing way. What I meant to say was that there is no option to set an M1 Mac as the install point, just an iOS device.

It keeps telling me my verification code in incorrect when i've typed it correctly 3 separate times.

Edit: Seems to be a problem with the SMS codes. It finally popped up saying somebody was trying to sign in and once I used the code from that, I was able to login.
