Try using Cydia Impactor and choose revoke certificate option for your apple id then use sideloadly to sideload

Sign in with the app specific password you generated. If you forgot the password or need to create a new one, go to Appleid.

I am in the app passwords section, it says select app and select device. Which app is the one I have to choose that makes this problem?

Sorry my bad, I had to go to Apple specific not google
