Has anyone tested this on iOS 14?

I had. It run flawlessly so far. I test on my iPhone X and iPad Pro. However I ran into a problem with my ipad with is iPasOS 14. After side loading one app, it say "A device with number 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' already exists on this team". I test with two new account I create and they both ran into that after one side loading complete.
