Tried that right now, got the same problem, iOSGods App+ crashes right after showing "Resigning app".

I attached below the original Plex .ipa I used, the .deb tweak, and the .ipa exported with Sideloadly that fails to install with iOSGods App+.

Perhaps you can try to install the exported .ipa and see why iOSGods App+ crashes during the resign step ?

Yes, decrypted using iGameGod on my other jailbroken iPad.

If I install the exported .ipa using Sideloadly it installs and works perfectly fine, but when using iOSGods App+ it crashes at the "Resigning app" step.

I haven’t tested the export option yet it still beta according to Rook. But from experience the crash when resigning with App+ is existed for awhile now and the reason is mostly bad IPA compression, this can easily get fixed by unzip and zip again
