Perhaps you have already trusted?

Open iTunes and try syncing your device.

Make sure you have the web version of iTunes installed.

They need to uninstall itunes and redownload the web verison. Fixes it everytime for me

I also tried Sideloadly with Microsoft Store version of iTunes and that worked the same as Web version. But everyone is recommending web version so there might be something I don't know.
