Click on ‘Advanced Options’ in Sideloading.

Please try the new Sideloadly update for Apple Silicon and report back!

It was tested on working on Monterey, so it should work on Big Sur too!

Hi! No tried with the new update from Saturday but also not working. Still the permission error.

But I mean, NONE of the apps work. Even the simplest ones. Maybe I should try install Monterey

You could try Monterey. But we could also see about fixing on Big Sur. So PM me to run some tests. :)
