I get this error, I tried with a new app-specific password and it didn't work, it didn't work either without an app-specific password. I am on ios 13.5.1

The app I want to install is already signed with my apple id (it doesn"t work without it signed). 

The only certificate I have right now is the iosgodsapp's one. I don't have any other app not coming from the app store.

I tried deleting the app listed to decrease the amount of apps but that doesn't work either. I changed the bundle ID and obtained a new error : Installation failed: 3892346881 ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature of /private/var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.OQhhCC/extracted/Payload/neomonsters.app : 0xe8008001 (An unknown error has occurred.))

I tried to remove the limitation on supported device, didn't work either

You have already installed 3 apps. You cannot install any more on free accounts. Apple’s limitation.

thanks, I found out that offloaded apps count toward the 3 apps limitation. Just need to re-download them and it works

I tried loading same app on a different device and it worked fine. Worked on iPhone 6 iOS 12.4.8. Didn’t work on iPhone 7 iOS 13.4.1
