Did you set a custom bundle ID?

Might be unrelated, but did you use the same Apple ID linked to you game center.

It allows you to side load your ipa files to your IOS device using your own certificate. The IOS app certificate keeps getting revoked, so this allows you to use your own

yes, it replaces cydia impactor if you used that before.
