Just find the Respawnables table and run the SQL command to remove it.

Try this steps:

 

1.) Close the game

2.) Go to Game Center

3.) Search Respawnables on Game Center then Erase/Clear/Wipe you data

4.) Open again the game

 

It might do the work just try!

Use iFile and browse through the tables.

 

And you cannot unban your account, you can only unban the game.
