After downloading the app it keeps crashing in the loading screen. Any ideas for what the problem might be?

This is the same for me! It’s been that way. Is there a way to get a hack that works and doesnt use a cheat engine? I’m sorry, I do not know how to use a cheat engine. Is there a way to get diamonds?  Thank you!🤗
