Help/Support Windows 10 black screen on boot up

Hi everyone I've been having problems with the Windows 10 boot since the beginning but this is the worst which happened to me so far and I couldn't get it solved.

 

 

Here is the scenario:

I boot up my laptop as usual and the Windows 10 boot logo appears. After that, the screen immediately dims black and nothing happens. The laptop is still running. After waiting 10-20 minutes I saw my mouse cursor and from other black screen fix tutorials I saw that they could login as it was a black login screen for them. This one is different. The laptop doesn't react to any key I press and I rebooted it multiple times.

 

 

Unfortunately you can't press the F8 key in Windows 10 anymore to boot into save mode except you switched the Windows 10 power options, which I haven't done.

Press alt + ctrl + delete. Get up Task manager. Then in corner press file, run new task and type in explorer.exe and enter and tell me if this works?

He can't even get past the logo. Much less login. Much less use the Task Manager. Lol

Once the logo goes away, nothing else happens. So how will he access the Task Manager again?

Press shift 5 times, does it give any sound? How about clicking any other key?
