Help/Support Refund by mistake, need help with my membership

Hi I bought vip membership through PayPal by using my brothers account And he was knowing about it as well but recently while checking the recent transactions he didn’t recognise the transfer so he asked for the refund from PayPal and the amount refund procedure may have been started. I got a mail recently about this so ASAP I tried to get in contact with you. Can you please check my membership details.

And I even tried to purchase the new membership again it says that you are already a member so I am not able to buy the membership . I can pay you the price in double because it was a mistake from our side so is there any chance to get the things sorted out ASAP.

please help me with my membership

Thanks for that. and there is one more thing it’s been like 2-3 days my app got revoked and didn’t get any mail for new certificate can you please help me with that

There are no etas for a free certificate. If you talking about App+ revoke then wait it will start working soon when everything fixed, for some reason it take longer than expected then your day will be compensated

It already refunded, and for how long it will return to your bank account it depend on your bank

Because I did not receive the same amount, it has not changed
