    Download apps manager from cydia the repo is mentioned above in the requirement section. Then download the file in the hidden section and import it to apps manager and click on it and click restore app data and when you go into the game you should have the modded account. You can have game center on or off but from my experience it shouldnt affect the data. If it works please share with friends and request other game saves :)
