As far as I know, Sideloadly cannot login using Gamecenter. I cannot do much about it sadly

Installed with Sideloadly, downloaded the Sideloadly ipa file and then install it by PC. (I did not clone the app, the original App store version has been uninstalled beforehand.)

This also happened to me before by cloning the random dice app.  (I mean when you clone the app it will not allowed me to login with game centre.) 
But this time, even I deleted the original and not cloning it still not allowed me to login with game centre

 

I have no problem with using Sideloadly, however when I install random dice ipa it will not allowed me to login with game centre.

An connection error message will prompt.

I am not sure exactly what you mean sorry, but GameCenter usually doesn't work with Sideloadly cos the BundleID of the sideloaded game is different from the original game. Cos of this, GC doesn't recognize your save for the sideloaded game. 

So only solution is to install it using a service that retains the original BundleID like iG App+
