Cần giúp đỡ về cách cài app sau khi mua vip

Mình đã mua vip và khi tải app bị tình trạng như video, Bạn nào biết cách fix chỉ giúp với, mình tiếng anh không giỏi lắm, rất mong được giúp đỡ @Laxus

1. Mình đã xoá app từ appstore không còn app nào tương tự như app đã định cài.

2. Mình đã kiểm tra kỹ phần profile trong nục settings >> General >> profile

3. Có vẻ mình đã được kích họt vipplus

4. Mình tải app từ Iosgods app+ Nó cho cho tải về như video nhưng icon bấm vào không phản hồi như video mình đính kèm.

5. Mình đã tải Impactor cả trên macos và window nhưng khi cài đặt đều bị Erro 71. Mình đã thử fix erro 71 trên impactor theo support nhưng vẫn bị erro 71.

6. Mình đã thử một vài game khác tình trạng tương tự, nhưng tải youtube từ iosapp+ thì sử dụng bình thường.

7. Mình sử dụng iphone xs ios 12.2

8. Đây là lần thứ 2 mình mua vip nhưng lần đầu rất easy.

9. Có khả năng nào tài khoản của mình bị đính kèm với con iphone cũ hay không? Và không được sử dụng iphone mới ? Và nếu không được phép sử dụng trên iphone mới thì mình cần phải làm gì? 

Mong bạn @Laxus bỏ chút thời gian giúp mình với.

Một là bạn mua, hai là bạn đợi admin resign. Đang resign nhé
