Help/Support iPod 6.1.6 stuck at apple logo

i had this problem when i was updating an cydia app when suddenly it my iDevice froze then i soft reset (holding sleep and wake button) then it was stuck at apple logo, it only boot in safe mode and i don't want to format my phone. what am i gonna do ?

What app was you updating ? remove the recent tweak you installed

uninstall the app you were trying to update
