Have you ever been stuck on the iCloud Activation Lock on iOS 8.4 - iOS 8.4.1? Well, there's a way where you can actually use your iDevice. You can get SOME functionality on your iDevice, but not all.

What kind of functionality do you get on this? Also is there a way to bypass the regular lock screen? Siri is deactivated & its running on ios 9.0.2. Thanks for the help guys
