Help/Support Laptop- Limited Connection (Not Connected)

[Klepto 7.8k iPhone X 14.5]

So I was cleaning my laptop and I decided to delete my antivirus. I had Kaspersky and as soon as I deleted it, my connection cut out. I can still connect but it's limited so I can't go online.

 

I've already tried:

 

-Updating my drivers

-Downgrading my drivers

-Tried Ethernet, still Limited Connection

-Restarted my computer

-Restarted my router

-Turned off firewall

 

And nothing.

Yes. With Ethernet it still says limited

it could have put up a firewall, see if you can disable them?

Maybe problem in your internet not in your laptop

okay, you can try this

 run cmd as an admin

then type

 

netsh winsock reset

 

then click enter and then restart your PC

Re-install Kaspersky and enjoy your internet.
