I know an easier way. If you are stuck in recovery mode, use Reboot. Heres a link to the download: http://www.tenorshare.com/products/reiboot.html

Not sure if this can get you out of a boot logo loop caused by cydia, but if you get stuck trying to jailbreak (which happened to me) then use this
