Help/Support VIP Charged but not received

Hi Thanks for all your hard work.

As I went to checkout for the $34.99 VIP there said there was an error in the transaction, and so it returned to the checkout page, but I checked my transaction history and the money seems to have been deducted, and no VIP was received. I'd appreciate it if you could help me either get the money refunded or to receive VIP   If you need proof of transaction I'd be happy to show my transaction history.
