The only option would be to use a vm (virtual machine) on a windows pc.

As it only seems to work on a Mac

Yes I have  on a Arm64e device

which macOS and xcode version you using? I'm planning on setting up a vm with catalina and 12.4, also how much memory and stuff did your vm need ?
