Help/Support Any other way to install ipa files I have predownloded other than Cydia impactor?

Is there any other way to install ipa files on my iPhone 7 running ios12.2 other than Cydia impactor?

There's a few ways, if you're on a MacOS device. But on Windows it's quite empty for now.

We using alstore now, it’s impactor alternative

I got it thanks, but when i try to install applications using altstore it says that i need ios 13. Is this legit?
