Help/Support .deb files not completely downloading on Fileza

Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to install deb files for vpns (free premium) but none of them seem to finish installing (iPhone X, 13.3.1). Now, I could be wrong and this may be finished but this isn’t what it usually looks like, there should be a “done” button on the top right not a respring. I figured maybe this was new so I did respring. I have the substrate/tweak in Cydia but it fails to do anything at all for the vpns

Yes it should say respring because it needs to settle the files.

Make sure you have this repo RPetri & have the latest Rocketbootsrap & APPLIST.

if you already have them installed from other sources then uninstall them.

try that

also what substrate tweak are you referring to?

I’m fairly new to jailbreaking (I’ve only done this about a week ago) so could you possibly show me what you mean with pics? 
 

as for the substrate the one I currently have is called VPNMaster, it’s what showed up in Cydia after I respringed from the deb file

Do you have discord? If not I’ll make a step by step thing with pictures for you when I can in here.

but after you add the repo to need to install the two things I listed.

Turns out he was downloading an outdated tweak/deb hack for an app from Cydia.

nothing really to explain...
