New to IOS, need advice on Jailbreaking a 13.3 device

Need some help, got an Ipad Pro yesterday with 13.3 firmware. I fairly savvy at hacking/jailbreaking devices, consoles etc. but I’ve never touched an apple device in my life. I’m simply trying to get pro create and photoshop on my ipad and my friend sent me this jailbreaking video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37fxklpEvYg

 

Problem is you need a computer with IOS to do this which I don’t have. Is there another method? This OS is completely alien to me. Simply trying to get those two programs and not even sure if I need a Jailbroken device for them or what route I need to take.
