I only do Spire/Vapor with x1 att and x1 defence, if there's a lvl with a good reward i try it with x2 defence but i never go higher than x1 attck for Spire/Vapor.

How do you do catacombs? Is it safe to use our turn only and tweak ATK and DEF?
