Help/Support Can not install App+

[Meo-kai 93 iPhone 7 Plus 13.2.3]

i can see the app is being downloaded/installing. Then it looks like the app is installed, because the icon stops loading and is dark, but when I long press the icon, it gives me an option of "cancel download", press give a noitice: "Unable to install IOSGods App+", so I can never install app+. Plz fix it @DADi
