Help/Support VIP access isnt activate

I bougth the iosgods app vip 3 month yesterday, but my account wasnt activated to vip access. I cant download vip app

or i will confirm mail. my confirmation mail was locked and i cant recover it

If you have not received an email, please verify the email associated with your iOSGods account is correct and check your spam/junk folders.

@DADi I thoroughly checked my mail, spam and junk folders but it doesnt found the regarding mail. I guess system sent regarding mail to my mail  that i dont use to sign up

Can you sent to my email associated with iosgods account again or another mail
