Help/Support Game freezes

My game freezes whenever npc’s are in my area, for example. Whenever I go to the gas station my frames drop to 2 before completely loading in and then freezes. I’m using the mod menu everyone else uses but even with that off I’m still having issues, what could be causing this?

Something to do with some value I assume, maybe using the mods to advance the game quicker then normal lead to some glitch I don’t know  it’s still happening
