Help/Support New UDID Question

Hi I just made this account for my grandma and bought her the VIP+ because she wants the a hack for a game she plays, and I just bought her the the iOS gods app+ as well but it won’t let me do step two of the process which is something about copying the UDiD which I did but it says I can’t add another membership and either way I don’t want to buy another one I just want to send the Udid and get it processed what do I do? Hello,

iOSGods App+ is billed per UDID. If you purchased it once for device #1, you cannot install it on device #2.

Can you elaborate on what exactly you are trying to accomplish?

Yeah I’m on her phone and made her an account on her phone and I also bought and did everything on her phone. I’m just waiting for the email with the link to the VIP app but have yet to receive it. And I’m guessing it’s because I didn’t add the udid because when I did the step of going to the website and then going to the next step which was pasting it on step 2 I couldn’t as it kept trying to add another 19.99 purchase which I already bought. So yeah please lmk how we can solve this issue.
