Help/Support Can you Hack Games Without a Jailbreak?

It sucks that as soon as I decided to Modify/Hack Games, my iPhone decided to go into a bootloop.

My AppStore suddenly stopped working, so after some advice from reddit users, I was recommended to simply reset all setting. I did this, and my iPhone was stuck at 99% completed reset for 9 hours. (I went to sleep while it was resetting.) Finally, defeated, I concluded the only way to have my phone once again functional was to restore my iDevice. 

Long-Story short, I am now UN-Jailbroken on an iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 13.3. Anyway I can still hack games for ios?

Edit: I meant to ask if it was still possible if I can create hacks, not just download them, CREATE them. While Non-Jailbroken.

Sorry, I should Have been more clear. I mean is there anyway to actually CREATE the hacks. With IDA, etc.
