It doesn't also work for me, i was tried with Snapchat app, craced by Rasticrac v3.2.5, changed 21 to 01, also tried with 00, and still crashing on iphone4s.

Didn't work for me either. Cracking it caused it to create a jumbled mess where the values aren't even there to change it. Instead I went to Raw File System in iFunBox /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxx/game app folder/name of app.bin, copy and paste to my desktop, and look in a hex editor to see the hex address you mentioned with those numbers. Still crashes on my iPad mini when I tried to change the value of 20/21 to 00/01. At least I know it's actually there.
